Rates below represent standard starting rates and may vary based on length, materials, customization, location, group size, and service needs.
Group Experiences & Services
Art & Sips
Typically $25 per person / hour
Creative experiences combining art-making, connection, and a beverage or intentional sensory element.
Healing Circles
Typically $20 per person / hour
Facilitated spaces for reflection, connection, emotional wellness, and community care.
Sound Healing
Typically $15 per person / hour
Restorative sound experiences incorporating instruments such as crystal singing bowls and rain drum.
Presentations & Educational Experiences
Typically $25 per person / hour
Interactive educational experiences focused on wellness, self-care, emotional well-being, relationships, identity, community care, and related topics.
Other Workshops
Typically $25–$80 per person
Interactive and experiential workshops centered around a specific theme, practice, skill, or creative experience.
Workshop pricing varies based on the topic, length, materials, facilitation, and level of customization.
1:1 Experiences
Care Sessions
Soul Space Studio Care Sessions are non-clinical spaces for reflection, grounding, support, and intentional care. They are not therapy and are not a substitute for mental health treatment.

Studio Care

At Your Space

ASMR Sessions
ASMR sessions offer a calming, sensory-based experience designed to support relaxation, rest, and intentional slowing down.
Studio ASMR
50 minutes | $75
Meet in a private Soul Space Studio space during select studio days.
At Your Space ASMR
50 minutes | $75 + travel
Available for select bookings when you would like the ASMR experience brought to your space.
For At Your Space ASMR sessions, travel is determined according to the Soul Space Studio travel policy.
Travel Policy
Travel is included within the local service area when a service has a specified local rate.
For services requiring travel beyond the local service area, additional travel fees may apply.
For services provided At Your Space:
0–15 miles: Included
16–30 miles: +$15
31–45 miles: +$25
46+ miles: Custom quote
Any applicable travel fee will be communicated and agreed upon before the booking is confirmed.
Booking & Payment
A deposit may be required to reserve workshops, events, and customized services.
For services requiring a deposit:
20% deposit is due at booking.
Remaining balance is due 14 calendar days before the scheduled service or event.
Applicable discounts or promotional offers will be applied according to their individual terms.
Payment requirements may vary for organizational contracts, larger events, and customized services.
Cancellation Policy
Because Soul Space Studio may reserve time, purchase materials, and prepare customized experiences in advance, cancellation policies apply to services requiring advance booking.
14 or more calendar days before the service: Full refund
7–13 calendar days before the service: 50% refund
Less than 7 calendar days before the service: No refund
For customized or organizational agreements, cancellation terms may differ and will be outlined in the individual agreement.
